About Me
Tassilo Weber
Two things have defined my whole career: building tech from scratch, and helping people do the same.
For 15 years I've moved between two worlds. As a founder in the roles of CEO and CTO, I built tech startups across longevity, edtech, and nature fintech, one of which I sold to a NASDAQ biotech company, where I then led the post-merger management. The others I left or they failed. All of them taught me things you can only learn by doing.
In parallel, I worked as a certified Design Thinking coach from the Hasso-Plattner-Institute with DAX corporations, mid-sized companies, startups, and NGOs, helping teams develop tech solutions that centre the people who actually use them.
The question that connects both worlds has always been the same: how do you make technology work for people in their everyday reality, not just on paper? AI and automation is the most powerful answer to that question I've found. Done right, it makes work genuinely better for the people doing it. That's what I'm here to help with.

Common questions
Do I need technical knowledge to work with you?
No. I meet you where you are. Whether you've never touched a no-code tool or you have developers on staff, I adapt the approach and the language. The goal is that you and your team understand what we build and can maintain it.
What does AI actually cost beyond your fee?
Most solutions I build run on API costs (e.g. for language models) and tool subscriptions (e.g. for automation platforms). For typical mid-sized company use cases, expect roughly €50 to €300/month in running costs. I always show you the expected cost before we build anything.
What happens after the project? Am I on my own?
No. Every project includes a handover with documentation and training so your team can operate the solution independently. If you want ongoing support after that, the AI Partnership retainer is designed exactly for that.
Is this GDPR-compliant?
Yes. I only recommend tools and architectures that allow GDPR-compliant operation. For sensitive data, that often means European hosting or on-premise models. We clarify this in the first conversation.
What if my team is skeptical or afraid of AI?
That's normal, and it's actually one of the things I focus on most. My approach is human-centered: we involve the people who will use the tools from day one. They co-design the solution, so it solves their real pain points instead of being imposed on them.
How is this different from hiring a traditional IT consultancy?
I don't deliver slide decks and leave. I build working solutions with you, stay involved until they run reliably, and keep the approach lean. No bloated project scopes, no 50-person teams. You get senior-level attention from one person who both strategizes and implements.
